I liked the idea of the thermal tumbler because it was the perfect Christmas gift for a friend. When I received the product I noticed that there was a small scratch that ran around the back side of the tumbler. Because it was so close to Christmas I had no time to return it and gave the gift as is which didn't make me happy. also, I don't know if this was my fault or Zazzles but on of the pictures on the bottom my friends head did not make it on the tumbler. (I was going to say cut off but that didn't seem right). fine only had 3 names

The printing quality for the images I have added is very poor, it is blurry as well. It needs to be a higher quality image or at least upscale the image with an upscaler or with AI.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia. The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence. Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks. . The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.
