One of the best features of this travel mug is the insulated walls, so hot beverages stay hot/warm for many hours and cold stay cold; and yes, I mean for MANY hours, not just one or two. Also, with its slim profile and no handle, it fits into virtually all cup holders. I rarely give five stars for anything, but my wife (for whom this was a surprise gift) absolutely loves it and, therefore, so do I! The photos all are very clear, despite their originally being less than perfectly lighted. This is not the first mug I've purchased from Zazzle, and I'm delighted they improved their technique, because past multi-photo mugs seemed to have been printed based upon lightness/darkness of a single photo, with the rest turning out either too light or too dark.

The printing quality for the images I have added is very poor, it is blurry as well. It needs to be a higher quality image or at least upscale the image with an upscaler or with AI.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia. The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence. Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks. . The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.
