It took some time to receive the initial order. Upon receipt, I was disappointed that it did not reflect the picture in that the paw prints were missing. However, zazzle's system of customer satisfaction is true to form. I received a replacement tie in less than a week that exceeded my expectation. I'm looking forward to working with them again for more school spirit items. The first shipment did not meet my expectation. I was able to get a replacement that did.

I originally ordered 1 tie to test and ensure I liked it with the suits we had ordered! The tie came and it was perfect! We loved it! The colours were bright and the tie was beautifully made. I then ordered the 6 additional ties and the colours are slightly different. The 6 ties were a little less vibrant and the white background was slightly different!
