When I looked at the picture on the computer, it was very nice. When I got the print, I was so disappointed that everything on the print looked unclear and horrible. I picked the biggest size, but it didn't remind me the bad result. Very upset and angry. Can hardly see anything on the print!

maybe you can add up on personalised option, laminated or a frame maybe . great job. but you can add an option if we wanted to have it laminated or frame as add up option
