Cordova is a secluded fishing community located near the mouth of the Copper River. Accessible only by boat or plane, it remains an authentic slice of Alaskan life, untouched by large-scale tourism. The town is surrounded by the Heney Range and the vast wetlands of the Copper River Delta.
