The Conrail Office Car Train is coming out of the morning mist running as an Operation Lifesaver Special in Valley Forge National Historical Park. It is enroute from Philadelphia Pennsylvania to Phoenixville Pennsylvania. A Deer who has not heard about Operation Lifesaver watches from the other track.
