Colourful Technical Difficulties Rainbow Colours Ping Pong Paddle
This is a mock-up of the SMPTE colour bars are a set of standardised colour bars used in television and video production to calibrate and test colour reproduction. They were created by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) to ensure consistency and accuracy in colour reproduction across different devices and systems.
The SMPTE colour bars consist of a set of six vertical bars of different colours, with specific brightness and saturation values. The bars are arranged in a specific order, with a black bar on the left, followed by a white bar, then yellow, cyan, green, magenta, and finally red. The bars are usually displayed for a few seconds at the beginning or end of a video, or during commercial breaks, to help technicians adjust the colour settings on their equipment.
By using SMPTE colour bars, video professionals can ensure that the colour reproduction on their equipment is consistent and accurate, and that their videos will look the same across different devices and systems.
Some additional details about SMPTE colour bars:
The SMPTE colour bars are also sometimes referred to as "SMPTE bars" or simply "colour bars".
The bars are typically displayed in a 75% colour gamut (as opposed to 100%), which is the standard for NTSC and PAL television systems.
Each of the bars has specific brightness and saturation levels, which are designed to represent a range of colours and tones that are commonly used in video production.
In addition to the six colour bars, the SMPTE test pattern also includes a black and white reference patch, a pluge (picture line-up generation equipment) bar for adjusting brightness and contrast, and a grey scale for setting colour balance.
The SMPTE colour bars are used not only for calibrating colour on TVs and video monitors, but also for checking colour accuracy on cameras, editing equipment, and other video production tools.
The use of SMPTE colour bars is now less common in digital video production, as many modern cameras and displays have built-in colour calibration tools. However, they are still sometimes used for legacy systems and as a reference point for colour grading.
The SMPTE colour bars are also sometimes used as a visual reference in the creative process, such as when a director or cinematographer wants to communicate a specific colour palette to their team.

This is a fantastic personalised novelty gift for someone who is extremely difficult to buy for. The picture quality and print quality were great.

Ping Pong Paddle, Black Rubber Back

I was a bit skeptical until arrived if the custom monogram and name -- with multiple colors -- would print correctly -- AND IT IS JUST PERFECT and certainly makes a great and unique gift. The printing of three-color monogram and the two color first name are just as seen in the original product description. I am very happy and equally impressed. (had hard time finding best lighting for photo, but I think you'll see the print quality -- and my toaster).

So, I loved this product but expected it to be white and it was a little more off white than I anticipated. It still looked great felt like a quality product. The printing was great and my artwork was perfect just the background appeared not as white as I had anticipated. but was happy overall
