EDIT: This tumbler actually holds 18 oz! I contacted Zazzle and hopefully they will correct their description. The design is vibrantly printed with a glossy finish. Looks so great with the eye-catching, neurographic-style doodle art design. The design used for this item was originally drawn and painted by hand using watercolor & ink. Variation in colour or slight imperfections may be seen due to the handmade nature of the original artwork.

This tumbler turned out so beautiful! the colors are vivid and this printing is durable. I was surprised how much it holds. The description said 12 ounces but it was clearly larger so I measured and it holds 18 ounces of liquid and that include room for the lid. It is my favorite, go to travel mug. I use it for cold and hot beverages. So vivid! Glossy finish. Very pleased customer!

The printing quality for the images I have added is very poor, it is blurry as well. It needs to be a higher quality image or at least upscale the image with an upscaler or with AI.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia. The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence. Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks. . The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.
