Coat of Arms of Firenze Long Apron
Elevate your kitchen style with this long apron featuring the timeless Coat of Arms of Florence (Firenze), Italy.
The emblem, known as the Giglio di Firenze (Florentine Iris/Lily), is a powerful symbol of the city's rich history as the "Cradle of the Renaissance" and the former seat of the Florentine Republic.
Symbol: The stylised flower is actually an Iris (Iris florentina), which was abundant around the city.
Colours: The Red Giglio on a White Field dates back to 1251, when the ruling Guelphs inverted the colours of the older Ghibelline crest to mark their victory and dominance.
This durable apron is perfect for chefs, bakers, or anyone who cherishes Italian culture, history, and the beauty of Tuscany's capital. A fantastic gift for an Italy traveller or someone with Florentine heritage!

The apron is very well made, good material and should wear well with washing.
The only fault in the design is the colour. The lion shield of Scotland and the shield on the banner should be a yellow background, not orange. The yellow is the heraldic metal of gold (or). But I'll live with that! The printing is o.k. except for the incorrect colour as mentioned [previously.
