The mouse pad itself is a nice quality. The only thing I don't like is that it has a very strong plastic smell - kind of like a cheap shower curtain or plastic flip-flops. I left it out in the garage for a few days, but that didn't work. I now have it in a zip top bag filled with newspapers to see if the smell diminishes. If that doesn't work, I'll try baking soda or charcoal. If the smell goes away, then this will be a great gift! The printing turned out fine. It's not quite as sharp as the photo, but it's good for this application.
