Claude Monet's Waterloo Bridge Card
"Effet de Soleil", 1903. Claude Monet (14 November 1840 – 5 December 1926) was a founder of French impressionist painting, and the most consistent and prolific practitioner of the movement's philosophy of expressing one's perceptions before nature, especially as applied to plein-air (painting outdoors) landscape painting.

Many people don't realize, between 1899-1904, Claude Monet painted Waterloo Bridge FORTY ONE TIMES. That doesn't count the works he started & rejected, or the lovely pastel for the bridge created in 1901. Does this card actually resemble the painting in the museum? YES. I wen't to their website so I know! Your fine quality really assists in the overall Look of the painting. The photograph transfer is perfect!
