Another amazing treasure from that artist’s estate so many of my images came from. This one had French writing all over the back, clearly from a fountain pen. Fortunately no ink seeped though, to damage the fantastic colours in this poster. The bicycle maker advertised here is the same Peugeot that went on to make automobiles. I’m guessing not one of their car ads came anywhere near the awesomeness of this poster, which looks equally awesome on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including mugs. The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
