From a old French-language book on military uniforms, and described as (excuse my poor French) as ‘These men belong to a ragged army. The Army of Italy lifted by Bonaparte.’ The date shown is 1796, but the print is cited as being from 1830. Whatever the date, the image looks fantastic on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including neckties. I originally ordered 1 tie to test and ensure I liked it with the suits we had ordered! The tie came and it was perfect! We loved it! The colours were bright and the tie was beautifully made. I then ordered the 6 additional ties and the colours are slightly different. The 6 ties were a little less vibrant and the white background was slightly different!

This is an awesome German Flag tie ! The quality and the printing of this tie is perfect and is equal to what you see on the screen. I selected this tie because not only does it look 'rock'n'roll' the 'faded grungy' look goes perfect with my 'metal rockstar' look. The printing on the tie is perfect. 10 out of 10.
