Christmas Treasure Map Poster

Give the gift of a Treasure Hunt and a special memory for Christmas! The instructions are simple: All you need is a Christmas tree and a Bible to give this treasure map as a gift for your loved one. Included at the bottom is the clue you will need write up and hide yourself. Hide the clue card in the Bible by Luke 2:7. This is the verse about Christ’s birth. When the treasure hunter inspects the map, they eventually figure out the only clue on the map that might tell them more information is the scriptural reference to Luke 2:7. If you need to give them hints, that’s okay too. This clue card instructs the treasure hunter to find 4 letters hidden in the map. Unscramble the letters to make out the word which tells you where the treasure lies. (T-R-E-E) You can hide your own small gift, card, or poem deep inside the tree as the “treasure”. There is an old European tradition of writing a letter or poem about someone to tell them how special they are, your love for them, or why you are grateful for them. You can always roll your letter up in scroll and tie with a ribbon for an old-fashioned feel. Same goes for the treasure map. The symbolism of this treasure hunt is the reminder that Jesus Christ is the real treasure with the gift of everlasting life. Hope you have a blessed Christmas! IMPORTANT!
