The quality was very nice and the overall look of the item itself was what I expected. I was not satisfied with the printing of the name on the customized ornament. There should have been some do's and don'ts as well as some recommendations when adding print.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
