I loved the idea of this but it seems that whoever does the printing doesn't take the time to actually look at what they are printing to set it up properly. I've had to have this item reprinted in the past when I originally ordered it a few years ago. The print quality is terrible. Last Christmas I accidentally broke it (my fault) I ordered a new one which once again arrived misprinted. Who wants a Christmas ornament where the string go through the person's face? When I had originally ordered it, they replaced it and it came out fine. I didn't even bother to contact them when my new order arrived misprinted. Waste of money, time and effort.
