"Christian Butterfly" Coffee Mug w/Red logo

This historically unique, copyrighted and trademarked design and name, the “Christian Butterfly”® were given to Max Greiner, Jr. by God in early October of 1986, as he sought God for a jewellery birthday gift idea for his wife, Sherry. The artist cried out in prayer: “God, I give up! I need a good idea quick please!” Instantly, the image of the ichthus fish symbol with butterfly wings appeared in Max’s mind! The designer immediately responded: “Great idea, LORD!” Thousands of people around the world, in over 65 countries, have been blessed by this inspired design. The butterfly has always symbolised metamorphosis. However, the “Christian Butterfly”® clearly represents the transformation of a person into a “New Creation” (II Corinthians 5:17), when they give their life to Jesus Christ. The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
