He's Flitter's older brother and when he's not entertaining her with his jokes and pranks then he will be found doing the same for his good friend, Lumpy. Meet Flitter. She's Chortles younger sister, though not by much and she wastes no time in pulling her brother up if he goes too far with his jokes. Good friends with both Gia and Sfinks, they make an odd but very close trio. Available with either a white or a black background.
