In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), different body organs function at peak times at certain hours of the day. This Traditional Chinese Organ Clock shows the hours that TCM believes each body organ or meridian is most active. The inner circle shows the AM hours, and the outer circle shows the PM hours. For exmaple 1am-3am is Liver time, and 1pm-3pm is Small Intestine time.
