The product arrived in less than 4 days from when I purchased it. I was super impressed with that. This was purchased as a gift for my MIL. I was pleased with the graphics and that it was BPA free. Overall it seemed to be a good product however I am not the one using it so i can't attest to how well it will hold up over time. She loved it and planned to carry it to work everyday. Design and graphics were crisp and what I would have expected.
