I lived in Japan for a while and love the way they celebrate the cherry blossom ('sakura'), its fragility, its beauty. 'I hope to pass away the same as Buddha, amongst the cherry blossoms in full bloom' Saigyo (1118 - 1190) I have not added any text or border to the invite so you can personalise it to suit your needs and individual style. This design is perfect for an announcement card, wedding, engagement, birthday, civil ceremony or party invitation as it is so beautiful, original and memorable. A beautiful card. Highest quality materials and print. Misunderstood the explanation of the gold accent. I took it as the design would be metallic in its appearance. Still a lovely card and I am extremely happy with it overall. Perfect, only that I expected the gold to be metallic.
