Love your products however, the shipping has been awful. This is the second product I've ordered in the past 2 months. First (which were invitations) took 2 weeks to arrive. This order (also invitations) I paid an additional $18.99 for expedited shipping and it still took well over a week for me to get them. For that cost, it should not have taken that long. I have ordered in the past and never had an issue with shipping times. .

I ordered these invitations for my son's 21st quite late, and paid for expedited shipping - they arrived 48 hours earlier than expected and they are beautiful! It was great to be able to correspond directly with the person producing them and their response time was very quick.
Overall I am absolutely over the moon with the invitations I received along with the customer service and ease of using their website - the whole process was seamless and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
