The Chaos star is a spoked device with eight equidistant arrows radiating from a central point. It was originally devised by the fantasy novelist Michael Moorcock as a symbol of chaos (infinite possibility). The Chaos wheel has been adopted as a symbol of Chaos magick. The current rounded shape was devised by author and chaos magician Peter Carroll. This beautifully stylised version of the chaos wheel, with it's rough, spiked edges and sulfurous, black and red tones truly evokes the feeling of chaos and the occult.
