We were so happy when we received the stamp. It was exactly what we wanted and has already saved us heaps of time! The stamping action is nice and smooth. There was a slight difference in how the stamp turned out compared with how I designed it but it was very minor and didn't change the functionality at all.

Receiving the product in the time frame. A little regret I did not order the tracking service.
The only thing is I cannot lock the switch properly. It will auto stamp even if I lock it. Not sure if I use the lock correctly. The ink is clear. Although the font is smaller than I expected.
