The colours and words are bright and clear and overall the mug is "spectacular"; the mug was missing from my original order of 5 mugs; however after advising you of the situation, within 10 days I received the mug and the following day another mug arrived with the word "Happiness" on it. I can only assume that it was a gift because of the situation and I am very impressed with your service and response.
