Sometimes called the exploding pizza or pineapple, Burton Kramer's modernist logo features the letter "C" for Canada at its core. According to the CBC's 1974 corporate manual, "the overall shape is globular, conveying the corporation's international responsibilities in addition to its national role. Used between 1974 - 1986.
