The Ancient Egyptians are know to have worshipped cats and they were represented in social and religious practices for more than 3,000 years. Several ancient Egyptiian deities were sculpted with cat-like heads and represented justice, fertility and power. Those of us who own or have owned a cat know for sure that they grace us with their presence and act like they own us. So for cat lovers everywhere let's just admit that cats do rule.
