When the item arrived I realized it wasn't completely what I had ordered; however, I thought the item was still very nice. I decided to let you know that I had ordered a different base for the snow globe and you immediately responded that a new one was being prepared to my specifications and was being expedited. It was and it was perfect. I gave it to my friends as a memorial of their son who just passed away. They were pleased too! The printing was very good and just what I wanted.
