This photo is an adorable little capuchin monkey who looks like he's trying to be mean and fierce, but I think it just makes him cute. Maybe somebody stole his banana and made him cranky. Anyway, other than at the zoo, capuchin monkeys live in Central and South America. Their name comes from the name of a particular group of friars (monks), who wear hooded brown robes. They're very playful and love to swing from their long tails in the trees and ropes.
