"Surf-Waders, Cannon Beach, Oregon" ~ photograph © 2018 Miriam A Kilmer ~ I caught this beach scene with the little boy dancing joyfully in the surf on our way back to our hotel from Haystack Rock. Back: "Horseback at Haystack Rock, Cannon Beach, Oregon" ~ Haystack at Cannon Beach is a freestanding rock, sometimes completely surrounded by water. My husband and I walked out to the rock from the shore, racing the incoming tide. Low tide allows beach-comers and horses to venture far out towards the rock. Preserve our natural heritage.
