Stomach tumours are most commonly seen in dogs that are between 7 and 10 years of age. Signs of stomach cancer may include chronic vomiting, loss of appetite, and weight loss. Additionally, the patient may vomit blood, pass black tar-coloured stools, and have abdominal cramps.
