The quality of the card stock was excellent, the shipping and customer service was great. We were quite pleased with the product itself. The front was great. The back was not great. We had custom printing on the back, and the image we proofed was adequate, but the actual shipped product did not match what was proofed. The print ended up being cut off and dropped off the edge of the card. The process for warning you about wordage in the bleed area, and the "safe" edges for your printing needs improved significantly. However, a full credit was immediately issued, and the product reprinted in under 24 hours. Customer service was awesome.

Look, it was good price, good time till delivery, photo and ink quality look great but sad at the final outcome. I ordered a trial invitation and it looked really good and I was stoked so I ordered the real invitations (25 of them) and they weren't thr same quality as the original first order. The had weird ink spots on the white side- im guessing seeping ink from the photo on the other side. A little disappointing they weren't at the same standard as the first one I ordered.
