The "Cancer can Kiss my Stache!" line was created in honour of six year old Delaney Stafford who was diagnosed with leukaemia. From the very beginning and with every medical procedure that needed to be done, her only question was, "Can I wake up with a moustache?" We know cancer affects SO many people so please feel free to share Delaney's message with anyone you see fit.
