Butterflies and Music Notepad

This notepad has my design of a musical score with a group of colourful butterflies in different colours. There purple, pink, blue, green and yellow butterflies. The musical score is curved with scrolled ends for an artistic effect. You can change the text which says, "Just a note". Perhaps you would rather have your name instead of the text I have used.
