Butte Creek Mill - Mug

Butte Creek Mill, an iconic structure that was built in 1872 in Eagle Point, Oregon. It is on the National Register of Historic Places as the last water-powered grist mill, still commercially operating, this side of the Mississippi. A fire on Christmas morning 2015 burned destroyed most of the mill. It is currently being rebuilt using the building style of the original. Butte Creek Mill was not only a centre piece of my entire life, but the life of the community. The entire community mourned the loss of the mill and the community, at large, is working to see the Mill return to it's previous glory. This design is available on a variety of mugs, travel mugs and steins.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
