I went onto several websites looking for an appropriate wedding invitation for my low key BBQ wedding and reception. Found the Burlap and Bows one and loved it! However in the orginal design the bow was placed in such a way that I could not get all the information I needed on the invitation. I contacted the designer through the bottom of the page. Jill got back to me quickly and made a change and got me the room I needed! She was great. I contacted her again to have the response card ribbon the same as the invitation, and once again she responded quickly! I'm grateful to Jill as she went out of her way to help me. I don't generally do reviews, but wanted to on this one since I loved the invitations so much and wanted to call out Jill for all her help. The invitations came out great. The printing time was a little longer than I anticipated, but I had ordered them with plenty of time so that wasn't an issue.

Look, it was good price, good time till delivery, photo and ink quality look great but sad at the final outcome. I ordered a trial invitation and it looked really good and I was stoked so I ordered the real invitations (25 of them) and they weren't thr same quality as the original first order. The had weird ink spots on the white side- im guessing seeping ink from the photo on the other side. A little disappointing they weren't at the same standard as the first one I ordered.
