I ordered these in a burgundy color to match my wedding theme and was so bummed out when I got them in a ugly brownish color. I contacted customer service right away, they aknowledged the color difference and agreed to remake them. Took about a week and I had my reprints delivered except, they were the same brown color. Feeling defeated I reached out to customer service again and they remade them a 3rd time and they’re finally what I wanted. So I will say luckily I ordered fhem with plenty of time to have patience. I’m happy they finally got it right because now they’re exactly what I wanted. .
