Bulbasaurus Print
Bulbasaurus was a small dicynodont, a kind of synapsid reptile, that lived during the Traissic period. It earned its name apparently because of the shape of its snout, which is bulbous...but we all know it was named after the pokemon, Bulbasaur, which was most likely based on dicynodonts. The fact that the species name translates to "razor leaf" does nothing but solidifies the obvious. This print is of a watercolor by paleoartist, Christopher DiPiazza. The color scheme, pose, and setting are all based on the original Bulbasaur pokemon of card's art.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
