It does not come with envelopes, but you can add white envelopes to your order. Each sheet is one item - no cutting is required. The default cardstock is bright white with a semi-gloss finish and 110lbs weight which is suitable for stationery. Please note: if you swich to the satin paper option it is a thinner 80lb paper, which is more like magazine pages than cardstock.
