I ordered 30 invitations for a vow renewal. They only sent me 20 envelopes. I called and was told they would ship them next day. 3 days later I called because they hadn’t arrived. They said they were never sent out. By this time I couldn’t wait because my rsvp date was too close. I had to use envelopes I already had that didn’t really fit. Days later I got 3 separate deliveries of 30 envelopes. They need to get an overnight system for shipping and make sure people follow through with requests the first time. I love the invitation but disappointed with customer service regarding the missing envelopes. Invitation is beautiful!
