I purchased this for a friend. It looked wonderful when I received it, seemed to be a good quality item. I don't know how long the lettering lasts, since it's not in my possession, but it made a good first impression :) I would order another one. The printing is clear and readable. I can't comment on its durability since the mug was a gift, but it looked good when I received it.

As this was the first time I've ever ordered with Zazzle, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I am thoroughly impressed with my order.
