I had ordered christmas prints last year from Zazzle and was very pleased so I decided to use them again for 2014. While the card thickness and price point were great, the printing this year was disappointing. Apparently the default options for this year was to have matte printing on normal cardstock on this card. I was disappointed to see how grainy the photo quality was upon receiving the order as the image itself online did not appear that way. Looking at last year's order (which was very clear), the default appears to have been semi-gloss printing on normal cardstock as I didn't manually pick/change any of the card settings. I'm assuming that's why the photo quality this year was much poorer than last. I would not mind ordering from zazzle again, but would definitely stay away from the matte option.

Good quality but I was disappointed as I thought I was buying a proper card, not a postcard. Hence it is useless to me. It was called a flat card, which I thought meant a card! .
