About This Design

Bremen Historic Calendar

Bremen Historic Calendar

Bremen, a historic port city in northern Germany, boasted a rich architectural heritage before World War One, chraacterised by a blend of mediaeval and Renaissance structures. One of its most iconic landmarks was the Bremen Town Hall. Dating back to the early 15th century, this remarkable building featured a stunning blend of Gothic and Weser Renaissance architectural styles. Its intricate façade, adorned with ornate sculptures and reliefs, showcased the city's prosperity and cultural significance. The Town Hall also housed the Ratskeller, a historic wine cellar dating to 1405, where visitors could savour fine wines in an atmospheric underground setting. Another prominent structure was the Bremen Cathedral (Bremer Dom), an imposing Gothic cathedral that stood as a symbol of the city's religious heritage. Built in the 11th century, the cathedral boasted stunning stained glass windows, intricately carved altars, and a soaring spire that dominated the city skyline. The St. Peter's Cathedral, situated in the heart of the historic Schnoor district, was another architectural gem. This quaint mediaeval church featured a distinctive stepped gable and housed numerous historic artefacts and artworks.

Stunning artwork, ordering this is a decision I'm glad I made. Will be looking forward to purchasing more calendars from this creator in the years to come. Printing turned out exactly as expected, all the images are vivid and beautiful. The '2020' I placed out the front is correctly fitted along with all the other customisations I tweaked with.

I am generally satisfied with the quality of the calendar. The printing was of good quality considering some of the pictures I selected were not originally in good quality therefore, it was as I expected.
