A. Duncan Carse created wonderful watercolor illustrations for fairy tales and naturalist publications before World War 1. He illustrated Hans Christian Andersen tales and “Dewdrops from Fairyland”. This painting is called “Bother the Wind” and depicts a young girl reaching for blackberries and having them blown away by the wind fairies.
