"Borikén" is Puerto Rico's original name by our ancestors, the native Tainos.
This typographic simple design features symbols of the Taino Coqui singing, the Taino Sun, the Puerto Rican flag, our traditional guitar called "El Cuatro" & a "garita" from Old San Juan of course!
It makes a great addition as decoration to classrooms, school or work bulletin boards, even personal offices & to decor the walls of your Boricua home.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
