This cosy blanket has a portrait of a distinguished black and white border collie, his name Badger, he was the gentlest collie you could ever imagine. This dog portrait is a print of my original soft pastel pet portrait that I painted of him. I worked from a photograph of this amazing collie dog as he rested in the log shed with the bantam chickens. The title of the painting is "Keeping An Eye On The Girls" because this particular border collie wouldn't harm anything, he'd just let the hens peck the ground around him.
