Book of Hours Mediaeval Hand Writing A Reproduction from a French Book of Hours of an illuminated manuscript 15th Century. Hand written text in black on parchment. The letter O is illustrated in blue with a robed figure standing holding what looks like a sword. Other colours are gold, green and red. The language is probably Latin, though I am not certain of that. Original is in the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library, Yale University. Call number Beinecke MS 482.124 original measurements: 118 x 83 mm
