I had never ordered from Zazzle before and after all the garbage with Overpowered I was a bit nervous to order anything Neopets from anyone. I decided to go ahead and see what happened and I ordered what appeared to be a cute cup. I placed my order and got ready for a long wait. Surprisingly I received the mug in just a few days. When I opened the box the mug had a lot of what appeared to be dirt or debris of some sort but I washed it and I absolutely love the mug. I will definitely order from Zazzle again. The mug is very nice quality and the blumaroo is printed perfectly on both sides.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
