Blue Hearts on Any Background Colour Paper Plates

Sweet romantic design with numerous handdrawn medium blue double hearts floating all over the plate. By default the background is blue/indigo, but you can replace it with any colour of your choice. A semi transparent layer covers the main section of the plate to make the food area look clean, this can be turned off if you prefer only the pattern. The layer is good also for making any added text stand out. There exists several versions of this design, where the biggest difference is size of hearts.
