It has a vintage frame with elegant gold baroque decorations on a black background.
The word "Groomsman" is written in bigger fonts. The message on the back is written in handwriting script. All text has a golden yellow colour.
The vintage gold frame is from an old French book cover binding, by Georges Mercier (1885-1939) - Madame de Maupin by Teophile Gautier, volume 1, edition 1911, Paris - now in the public domain, from The New York Public Library
